“Because I’m a girl” was a campaign developed by a British charity to underline the radically different chances to access education depending on your gender.

Deployed in a few bus shelters in London, a different message was displayed depending on the gender of the viewer. This campaign was one of the first ever to use the real-time, precise gender detection capabilities of VidiReports.

The media buzz around the campaign was phenomenal, with an estimated 1,000 stories appearing in the press and on television and donations far exceeding expectations.
