Quividi’s audience intelligence platform enables impression measurement and audience insights across High Street Media’s network of shop-window digital screens in independent UK retail locations, extending measurable inventory across direct and programmatic DOOH channels.
The High Street Media Company, the UK media company building a dedicated high-street digital advertising network, has partnered with Quividi, a global leader in audience intelligence for in-store retail media and Digital Out-of-Home (DOOH).
Through the collaboration, Quividi’s audience measurement platform is being deployed across High Street Media’s network of street-facing digital screens installed in independent retailers, enabling impression measurement and audience insights for inventory traded across both direct sales and programmatic DOOH channels.
For brands and agencies, the same audience intelligence translates into sharper targeting and stronger campaign performance. Advertisers can serve the right creative to the right audience segment, at the right location and time, then measure the impact down to the impression, turning a network of independent shop windows into precision-targeted, accountable media that improves the return on every campaign pound.
High Street Media installs street-facing digital screens in independent businesses including coffee shops, barbers, dry cleaners, quick service hospitality venues. Each screen runs a mix of the host retailer’s own promotional content and external advertising sold by High Street Media, in a 20/80 airtime split.
The first screens powered by Quividi are already live, with additional locations being deployed across the UK. Inventory is now measurable and reportable across direct and programmatic DOOH workflows, using a unified audience measurement layer aligned with standard industry trading practices.
Bringing high-fidelity measurement to the local high street
DOOH has historically been concentrated in street furniture, transit environments and large retail destinations. High Street Media is extending these capabilities into independent retail locations through a managed network of street-facing digital screens.
“Our screens are connected to the wider DOOH ecosystem from day one, and that only works if the audience data behind them is trusted and transparent,” said Richard Plaskow, Founder of The High Street Media Company. “Quividi is a recognised leader in DOOH audience measurement, and their technology gives advertisers confidence in the quality of our inventory while providing our retail partners with clear visibility into the audiences they are reaching.”
“The high street remains one of the UK’s most valuable yet under-measured advertising environments,” said Olivier Duizabo, President of Quividi. “With High Street Media, we are extending audience measurement into independent retail locations, helping unlock additional actionable inventory for DOOH buyers across both direct and programmatic channels.”
Supporting the British high street
The collaboration aligns with High Street Media’s mission to help independent UK retailers thrive by turning their shop windows into a second income stream. Hosts earn a monthly revenue share and retain a portion of each screen for their own promotions.
Quividi’s audience insights add a second layer of value: a clearer understanding of who is passing the store and when. Hosts can use that intelligence to refine the content they run on their share of the screen, turning audience data into more relevant, more engaging local communication that benefits both the retailer and the wider community.
With up to 70% of passersby entering a store after exposure to street-facing digital signage and 74% of shoppers reporting influence on purchase decisions, the case for measurable, contextually-aware high-street advertising is increasingly clear.
