WHAT HAS CHANGED IN OUR TERMS ON JULY 1ST, 2019

Compared to the earlier version of the respective documents:

The July 1st 2019 EULA:

  • Updates Customer, End Customer and QUIVIDI definitions
  • Introduces a differentiation between Quividi SAS and Quividi Inc depending on the geography of the end user
  • Adds Schedule 1: Country-Specific Terms for customers operating in member state of the European Union, Iceland, Liechtenstein and Norway.

The July 1st, 2019 SUPPORT AND MAINTENANCE TERMS OF USE:

  • Present the agreement scope
  • Add Device and Separately Licensable Feature definitions
  • Introduce a differentiation between Quividi SAS and Quividi Inc depending on the geography of the end user
  • Introduce a new self-tutorial service ( learn.quividi.com )
  • Describe some specific services that are now offered (live support, validation of VidiReports installation, assistance on CMS – VidiReports integration, help on VidiCenter dashboard configuration, remote monitoring, dedicated entry point for ticketing / quick service turnaround
  • Add TERM AND TERMINATION section

The July 1st, 2019 API TERMS OF USE:

  • Introduce new APIs names: VIDIREPORTS APIs & VIDICENTER APIs
  • Introduce a differentiation between Quividi SAS and Quividi Inc depending on the geography of the end user

The July 1st, 2019 QUID CATALOG:

  • Introduces Standard Support Level & Silver Support Level
  • Introduces APIs definitions: VIDIREPORTS APIs & VIDICENTER APIs
  • Reaffirms that each VidiCenter account is strictly personal and the VidiCenter Network is required to host each unique End-Customer
  • Adds the Real-Time API additional metrics
    • Head gestures
    • Color Clothing
  • Retires tje Nano versions of VidiReports
