BACKGROUND

PilotTV is the leading DOOH operator in Taiwan, with more than 7,000 screens, all of which equipped with Quividi’s audience measurement solution.

Screens are present in particular in 7-Eleven and FamilyMart convenience stores, McDonald’s restaurants, etc.

OBJECTIVES

PilotTV intended to leverage Quividi’s screen-by-screen hourly audience analysis to increase customer engagement. They decided to optimize the scheduling of their content loop, by matching the campaigns being played with the dominant demographic group in front of the screens.

RESULTS

By playing the most relevant content for each demographic group, PilotTV was able to drive higher audience engagement and substantial sales uplift for the promoted products.

The network also became a powerful communication channel for PilotTV’s retail partners, where they can efficiently and contextually promote their own products and services, at almost zero cost (vs other advertising channels like TV or Press).
